3.Q:What precautions should be taken for battery in winter?

4.Q:My motor is a 500w and original battery is a 36v 12ah. Can i upgrade the battery for more torque or more long distante?

If you put a battery on your bike with more voltage than your speed controller will handle you will kill the speed controller. To get more torque go up in voltage with a newer kit and higher motor wattage.

6.Q:What is the voltage of a fully charged battery? I have 54,5 volts. Is that OK? When the off switch shows 1,6 volts, why not zero?
A:Theoretically, the fully charged voltage is 54.6V, a little error (±0.5V) is normal .When turn off the switch ,there is a little dummy voltage remaining in the components, that voltage is useless, it will not affect the use or short circuit .
10.Q:How to use lithium batteries safe?
A:The first temperature, lithium batteries are afraid of high temperatures.
